Creativity took center stage during our recent LEGO workshop at the Dr Bhau Daji Lad Museum in Byculla. The museum, known for celebrating art, design, and heritage, was the ideal venue for a hands-on event that encouraged imagination across all ages.
This time, our theme was simple yet exciting: Furniture in LEGO. To spark inspiration, we showcased a detailed LEGO model of a hall room. It featured chairs, sofas, and decorative elements — all built entirely from bricks. This gave participants a clear idea of what was possible.
As the session began, families gathered around tables filled with LEGO pieces. Children and adults quickly got to work. Some designed modern furniture; others created fun, abstract pieces. Every model reflected a different personality and design style.
Importantly, the workshop wasn’t just about building. It was also about collaboration and creative thinking. Many participants shared tips and ideas, helping each other along the way. This made the atmosphere even more engaging and enjoyable.
