Level 1: Foundation Level Facilitator

In Level 1, you will get confident with the art of building structures with bricks and learn step-by-step methods to guide your learners from simple passive listening into active, confident 3D creators. You will gain foundational proficiency with using direct, story-led building prompts to turn abstract concepts into hands-on learning experiences. Learn about the framework and gain insights on how to market your offerings after the training.
What you will gain as an educator:
- LEGO & Brick Fundamentals: Master the basics of brick assembly, terminology, and structural stability, learning how to effectively model and teach these essential building skills to young children. Gain practical tools to strengthen your students’ fine motor control, spatial awareness, and memory recall through structured “copy-and-recall” activities.
- The 4D Learning Loop™: Understand this framework and its implementation in detail. This is the foundation on which the Bricks & Books program is developed.
- Direct Prompting Strategies: Learn how to craft clear, precise, and concrete instructions (focusing on specific objects, characters, and settings) that keep early learners engaged and focused.
- Storytelling Integration: Discover techniques for seamlessly blending short, simple stories with brick-building tasks to boost students’ vocabulary development and listening comprehension.
- Ample Practice activities:
- Market your offerings: You can now take the first step in integrating LEGO into your offerings, lesson plans or activity schedule. Learn some tips and trick on how to do so.
Inclusions of Level 1:
- 10 hours of online training per level
- 1 hour of one on one coaching post training
- Training resources & practice modules via Google Classroom
- LEGO Material kit (delivered at your doorstep)
- 10 printed backgrounds (delivered at your doorstep)
- 30 story prompts (via LMS)
- 40 story backgrounds (printable)
- 10 LEGO building instructions (printable)
- Customised Teacher Pin Badge
- Customised Teacher Carry Bag
- Access to digital resources via LMS
- Completion Certificate
- Level wise Digital Badge
- Recognition on SB social media platforms
Level 2: Intermediate Level Facilitator

In Level 2, we are learning some advance building techniques. You will transition from direct building prompts to open-ended facilitation, learning how to unlock children’s imagination, empathy, and emotional intelligence through creative play. We introduce the challenge cards in this level along with the story cubes.
What you will gain as an educator:
- Advanced Building Techniques: Master additional building techniques to guide kids in using bricks flexibly to represent abstract ideas, textures, environments, and emotions.
- Open-Ended & Empathy-Led Prompting: Learn how to build and ask powerful “How” and “What if?” questions that encourage children to explore unseen story elements, express feelings, and build from a character’s perspective.
- Builder & Supplier methodology: Learn this power methodology for increased collaboration and communication in your creative building session.
- Challenge Cards: Include challenge cards in your LEGO building sessions and also learn how to create your own versions.
- Stages of Block Play & Schemas: Understand these 2 important topics in detail as we weave them into our LEGO building sessions to support child development.
Inclusions of Level 2:
- 10 hours of online training per level
- 1 hour of one on one coaching post training
- Training resources & practice modules via Google Classroom
- LEGO Material kit (delivered at your doorstep)
- Base Plate (delivered at your doorstep)
- 10 Challenge Cards (delivered at your doorstep)
- Story Cubes pack
- 20 story prompts (via LMS)
- 20 story backgrounds (printable)
- 30 challenge cards (printable)
- 10 LEGO building instructions (printable)
- Customised Teacher Pin Badge
- Access to digital resources via LMS
- Completion Certificate
- Level wise Digital Badge
- Recognition on SB social media platforms
Level 3: Advance Level Facilitator

In Level 3, you will step into the role of an inquiry-based facilitator, learning how to leverage story conflicts to teach critical thinking, engineering principles, and hands-on problem solving. You will discover how to use narrative twists to challenge students, transforming them from passive listeners into active “story solvers” who build real 3D solutions. In this level we also understand Meta Cognition and how it plays an important role in 4D Learning Loop™.
What You Will Gain as an Educator:
- STEM & Engineering Integration: Learn how to introduce structural design, testing, and hands-on mechanics using building bricks to solve concrete physical problems within a narrative context.
- Unqiue LEGO pieces: Explore unique lego pieces that adds motion and movement into building.
- Inquiry-Based Prompting: Master the art of asking targeted “What if?” and “How can we fix this?” questions that highlight conflicts and prompt students to engineer creative solutions.
- Plot Manipulation & Alternate Endings: Gain strategies for challenging classic story plots, introducing unexpected twists, and guiding children to construct new, positive outcomes for characters.
- Fostering Critical Thinking: Discover how to help young learners analyze problems, weigh multiple solution ideas (e.g., a net vs. a slide vs. a landing pad), and iterate on their designs when things don’t work the first time.
- Metacognition: Allows children to think about their own thinking. By asking our strategic post-build questions, we force them to decode their own model, think about their thinking (metacognition), and confidently form complex sentences. We aren’t just teaching them to build; we are giving them a physical runway to speak.
Inclusions of Level 3:
